  4. I thought this was over, but after reading these, I hesitate in jumping to that conclusion. Many people express concerns in these articles what all was decided upon.

    Is there a grandfather clause to it?

    How to proceed with the report is even more uncertain, and that a presbytery that discusses the subject improperly either for or against, is walking over egg shells in doing so.
