I also watched the presentation, thought it was generally very good, but I'd also quibble or at least wonder about the following:
1. Whether demons are necessarily fallen angels as Topping states.
2. Likewise, Topping flat out stated Christians should never go anywhere near the occult not even to research it. Of course, the Bible is very clear about the occult being verboten, but (for example) researching the occult for Christian apologetical purposes is very different than attempting to contact the dead.
Also, Topping mentions there are a lot of Christians who are ignorant or ill informed about the occult. However, wouldn't his attitude of a blanket condemnation on any kind of research on the occult contribute to Christians being ignorant or ill informed about the occult?
And, ironically, Topping had to do "research" on the occult in order to comment on the occult.
