Steve, Patrick, I appreciate the book recommendations. I have this particular book on my shelf, though I haven't read it yet. But on your word I've moved it further up the pile.
I bought the book maybe a year or so ago (on Steve's recommendation). But I haven't read it either.
And, unfortunately, I don't have a whole lot of time to read cool books like this one these days. Or at least to read as much as I used to read. So I won't be able to get to it any time soon either.
