It's more than hypocrisy. The problem is that many have bought into the absurd notion that the ability to have unlimited sexual relations without restraint (free from repercussions as well) is somehow an "inalienable right".
It's the same attitude you saw from the radical gay activists back in the 80s who were angered by the closing of bath houses for public health reasons. (I say this as someone who supports gay marriage.)
A box of condoms costs less than some coffees at Starbucks. You can purchase generic birth control pills at Target for about $10/month from what I understand. I don't get why shouldering some of the burden for your own future *choices* is such a terrible suggestion. Yet, I was called a brainless "troll" on a liberal blog for suggesting just such a thing.
“But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut the kingdom of heaven in people's faces. For you neither enter yourselves nor allow those who would enter to go in. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel across sea and land to make a single proselyte, and when he becomes a proselyte, you make him twice as much a child of hell as yourselves."Jesus
Hypocrisy is ... liberalism.

Talk about an "entitlement" mentality!
