Obviously, the video was done tongue-in-cheek. As such, I don't think it should be taken to imply the NT isn't perspicuous without a knowledge of Koine Greek. God's Word is perfectly clear and reliable in many of our English translations (e.g. ESV, NIV).
The rapped part on Dan Wallce ("my greak is flawless!") was the funniest moment in the video. I think I favorited this one when Ben Witherington posted it.
