I think he probably means well, but it reads like a post born of ignorance and nursed on condescending hubris to me. In all his allegedly extensive travels he never came across a multi-cultural congregation in the States?

Yes, let's have faith that God can work even in the deeply racist and segregated American churches.
Generally speaking a local church will reflect the local community it's comprised of in large measure.
