Shouldn't it be up to the business to decide?
Maybe it should be, but in reality, Federal, state, and local governments fine businesses that don't knuckle under to the latest radical social agenda.
I'm going to start going into ladies' rooms with my 11-year-old daughter. After all, with my wife gone, I'm now both Mom and Dad.
Cool. But businesses can deny people that privilege, or you cannot do business with someone who does that.
Which assumes gov't allows businesses that freedom, which is the very freedom that's in jeopardy.
