There isn't a Resume Time button because if you ever hit the Stop Time button, then you could never get to the moment in time when you did press the Resume Time button. Therefore, the makers of this oven demonstrate their genius not only in giving us the ability to stop time, but also in not creating an unnecessary button that could never be used.
