I was listening to a debate between William Lane Craig and Richard Carrier yesterday.
Richard Carrier's opening presentation, attempting to prove that the gospels were mythology and that, therefore, we shouldn't take seriously the claim of a historical resurrection, sounded a lot like the same arguments that Peter Enns and the folks at Biologos use in Genesis.
I wonder how Enns et al would hold onto a belief in the non-mythical character of the gospels or the historical fact of Christ's resurrection against a Richard Carrier.
