I think he is when it counts. In his heart he says life begins at conception, and abortion is evil. And he has to take this truth of his heart and blend it with his heart's grasp of being a Congressman and the US Constitution. Does he make mistakes? Sure. As we all do.
He does at least have integrity, and he would be a good President for pro-life, and BTW, he would be the only honest President, who really would stop spending as much as possibly could. The rest are all "Big Gov" guys. Sad.
