Criminalizing drive-in worship services

  1. "I’d say the risk of death in an abortion clinic is far greater than attending a drive-in Easter Sunday church service."

    Money shot!

  2. I don't know for sure, but I think these incidents are outliers. There are all kinds of drive-in services going on nationwide. One said they even called their governor, and he was all for it.

Some are doing communion services. These call for congregants to roll down their windows and, thus, are being discouraged.

There are also a lot of drive-through ministries at churches, where Easter baskets full of food are being distributed to needy families. I heard of one of these being halted by the authorities. But only one out of many, many. There will always be jerks among us.

  3. One question to the municipalities listed is, "Is the same force of law being applied to Sonic drive-in restaurants?"
