Episcopal fruitcake


1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup pink lemonade
1/3 cup lukewarm water
2 cups all-purpose tare flour
1/2 cup fresh fruit (chopped)
1 packet NutraSweet
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 Tbs. spice
1 Tsp. everything nice
Pinch of sodium substitute
1 cup nuts (optional)

Put dry ingredients in bowl; add liquid ingredients. Swish around until thoroughly mixed-up. Pour into cupcake molds. Cook in 350 oven until half-baked. Let cool. Sprinkle with candied cherries. Glaze with maple syrup and brandy wine. Set aflame.
