  1. No matter how well-intended it is still race-based special interest theology.

    1. There's nothing wrong with evangelistic outreach to different demographic groups. That's something the church ought to do.

  2. Didn't say there was. Your response neglects my criticism, however.

    1. You prioritize white nationalism over evangelism.

What, exactly, is your criticism? What, exactly, do you mean by "race-based special interest theology"? That's a phrase which needs to be unpacked and worn if you want to get any mileage out of it.

    3. @AAG: The LCMS has always had outreach to blacks including admission to seminary and ordination. Like good Germans, understanding that everyone from Abraham to John spoke fluent Hochdeutsch, these benighted folks were first taught the sacred language. Getting worship services to be performed in English was like pulling teeth, & resulted in the formation of the non-geographical English District.

So, what are you proposing: evanglizing ESL folks in English only, ignoring Christian elements of their cultures, and in any other way cranking them through the mill to produce Wonder Bread Americans? Do enlighten.

How much you want unpacked? It should be partly self-evident but beyond that, I'll happily give you links and a couple of paragraphs but I don't know the posting of links policy.

If you're not sure about posting links, then I'll take the couple of paragraphs.
