If you told conservative Catholics in 1978 that by 2005 the church would be pretty much the same plus two Assisi events I don't think they would have been happy, much less said that he would be great.
Nice article. It's hard to believe that some evangelicals would blaspheme by calling this Antichrist "holy father".
