A Planned Parenthood worker intentionally coughed on pro-life people praying outside.
It's bad enough PP kills babies, now it's trying to infect people with the Coronavirus.
Hey @ppact
FIRE this employee NOW and apologize to the victims.https://t.co/rtUzi0pUYx
Throwing the liquid contents of a cup can be considered assault. So, couldn't coughing like that legally be considered assault as well? Especially if the cougher knows he/she has a sickness that could potentially be transmitted via aerosol spray? And even if he/she didn't know he was sick, he also didn't know he wasn't sick, and there's a pandemic that's occurring. IMO, the person should get jail time since it was voluntary cough directed at someone, and not an involuntary cough.
ReplyDeleteThe article uses the word assault, but I'm not sure if it's in the legal sense that can have legal consequences.
