Will Witt at Pasadena City College! At least that's what it looks like to me.
My favorite part started around 2:55 when Witt was speaking with the woman who thinks we should ban guns but who also thinks the gov't is corrupt. Witt pointed out the obvious: if we ban guns, but the gov't is corrupt, then wouldn't that mean we'd be defenseless against a corrupt gov't with all the guns?
