Face masks are being used in Hong Kong because it makes tracking more difficult. In more Northern climates, these are normal attire. While not as good, hats and caps block the cameras from some angles.
T-shirts with photo realistic faces on them are good as well. If you can't hide your face, create enough false positives to overwhelm the system.
