Bring home the bagels

Some people (and groups) are never funnier than when they're deadly serious:

  1. Someone should tell PETA to focus on the real abuse of inequality. Right now, a class-action lawsuit is being opened by the animal kingdom to attempt to address the blantant favoritism of cats having 9 lives. Surely PETA wants to help gather signatures in support of this?

    1. And that lawsuit is being spearheaded by a group of dogs who feel disenfranchised with these special privileges afforded to cats. Tensions are rising within the dog community. Many in the community feel that cat privilege is the source of the age-old derogatory expression, 'It's a dog's life,' and they argue that even if this cannot be shown to a satisfactory degree, then cat privilege still contributes to its perpetuation, with its connotations of leading a short, miserable life. Some cats are saying that dogs no longer live miserable lives, but another movement within the community, 'Dog Lives Matter,' is actively facing down such talk, which it considers extremely unhelpful. One dog, who declined to be named, said, 'Well, cats *would* say that, wouldn't they? Maintaining cat privelege is their aim.'

      Things could boil over.
