To Be Deep In History Is To Be Protestant

Reformation Day is coming up later this week. Several years ago, I put together a collection of links to dozens of posts on topics related to the Reformation and the historical roots of Evangelicalism. The posts address apostolic succession, the papacy, justification, purgatory, Marian doctrine, and a lot of other issues. Some of the posts discuss how the beliefs of Roman Catholicism compare to the beliefs of Clement of Rome, Tertullian, Augustine, and other historical figures.
