  2. I'd be interested in finding out if cultic missionaries (e.g. Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons etc.) encounter demonic possession and whether they can successfully exorcise them. If so, to what degree of success? Do demons tend not to manifest under their ministry? [Similar to how (I suspect) demons hide their existence in the lives of atheists in whom they have a spiritual foothold.] If they do manifest do they seem to fake being cast out, or do the cultic missionaries more often fail to relieve the sufferers? Clearly exorcists from various non-Christian religions have some "success" in "casting out" demons. Though, often the relief is temporary and/or partial. I wonder how Christian cults fair in comparison to both Christian and non-Christian religions. What would the results say about the reality of the supernatural and the truth or falsity of a religious tradition?

I suspect some group or apologetics organization has done the research somewhere but I'm just aware of it. Foreign missionary agencies would probably be in the best position to answer these questions.
