Extreme Makeover

Through the surgical skills of the polymathic and ambidextrous Dr. Anderson, Triablogue has undergone a facelift and tummy tuck, not to mention other plastic enhancements.

If it’s not quite in Garbo’s league (such are the limitations of blogger.com), it’s no longer competing with Anne Ramsey (as in Throw Momma From the Train). More the all-American girl-next-door, as in Sandra Bullock in Miss Congeniality.

Aside from a different look, the blogroll has been consolidated, updated, and expanded—for your one-stop shopping pleasure.

It’s possible that some of you may wonder why you didn’t make the cut. That’s a good question.

The answer is probably that I either know too little about your blog or else I know too much.

Some of you may also wonder which of those two categories you fall into. That’s another good question. It’s also a good time to change the subject.

At the same time, don’t commit hara-kiri just because you don’t find your blog under the Blogspotting heading. For some of the blogs are listed by subject under other topical headings.

Finally, a blogroll is, of necessity, something to be updated from time to time, so there’s no omission which a respectable bribe to a designated Swiss Bank account cannot rectify.

  1. Hey, nice look and feel guys - very nice! One request, how about an entry under Countercultism for Roman Catholicism? I know you have plenty of great material between what Steve and Jason have already written.

    Peace to you,
    EA

  2. Yes, this a lot nicer for readers to work with. Although I am not happy that my Webpage is no longer Steve's #1 link!

But, I trust this is James' fault not Steve's. :)

  5. So, this represents a change in policy as well as a change in look?

No, Loftus. I've yet to see the Triabloguers substitute ad hominem invective for reasoned argument.

I like the new look, guys!

  6. My topical index will return after it's been updated. Because it's gotten so long, it will no longer be in the side bar, but on an external page linked to the icon next to my name.

  8. I made the blogroll cut, but I didn't make an explcit mention on the rules.

How am I expected to keep up my blog if people don't make rules against me so I can blog them for being ridiculous?

Nice new template, btw. The other one was making me blind.

  9. However, I am pleased to note that you have kept the comic relief of John Loftus. Not since Paul Owen have I laughed so hard at a person who teaches college-level classes.
