I'm not a big fan of Thomism, although I think natural law theory has some merit. This, however, is a useful example of dialoguing with moral relativists:

Could you define what Thomism is?
ReplyDeleteI've seen it associated with Molinism, you know, someone describing themselves as "a Thomistic Molinist" or something.
To my knowledge, there's no such thing as Thomistic Molinism. There are some (confused) "Molinist Calvinists" (e.g. Bruce Ware, Terrance Tiessen) and some Arminian Molinists.
