In the screen play there is a detective named Detective Van Til. At the end the murderer traps him (or a pastor, can't recall) in a graveyard and asks him the same questions we see asked in the video. The response is, "Though shall not murder." The killer claims that this is the only rational response that could be given.

Fwiw, the video reminds me of the apologetic approach that morality requires a Lawgiver.
I.e., statistical morality is bullscheiss.
