I don't think kids should be foot-soldiers for Christ. That's for grown-ups. Don't send a boy to do a man's job.

However, that's something I'd judge on a case-by-case basis. If a Christian teenager is mature enough, there's something to be said for letting him attend, say, public high school.

Of course, parents would need to monitor the situation. It may depend on the maturity of the child. Maybe it would be imprudent to send your kid to (public) junior high, but by high school he has the maturity to withstand peer pressure and be a Christian witness.

Obviously many parents can't afford private Christian schooling. Some Christian parents homeschool, but that usually involves a stay-at-home mom, and there are situations in which that may not be financially feasible, either.stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16547070544928321788noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789188.post-60173050875302013082010-12-25T16:15:14.022-05:002010-12-25T16:15:14.022-05:00Steve wrote, "If Christian parents send thei...Steve wrote, "If Christian parents send their kids to public school..."

I know this is a bit off topic, but do you think it is sinful for Christian parents to send their kids to public school?bellerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15263644056413736693noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789188.post-1992132833774698062010-12-25T05:48:24.146-05:002010-12-25T05:48:24.146-05:00So it's not "deceptive" for Iconocla...So it's not "deceptive" for Iconoclast to use an internet moniker in lieu of his real name?Patrick Chanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16095377877712197984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6789188.post-10035854911362945382010-12-24T18:07:53.587-05:002010-12-24T18:07:53.587-05:00"These parents aren't merely Christians w..."These parents aren't merely Christians who have fallen into the sin of lying; they are LIARS.
